About the Position: The Sales Admin Operations team sits at the center of this global organization. Team members collaborate daily with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Operations, and Logistics while maintaining exceptional customer service for external partners for multiple brands. Success in this role means confidently navigating across teams to deliver the best outcomes. Core Responsibilities: Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all aspects of order flow—requires keen navigation across transactions and departments within ERP system as well as personnel. Accurate and timely entry and updates to orders, the inventory system, and distribution centers. Work directly with customers and internal departments for order tracking and adjustments as needed; requires timely updates and analysis to ERP system. Timely and accurate analysis of ERP transactions for execution and the ability to resolve or escalate issues as necessary. Keen comprehension of ERP transactions and ability to identify and address weaknesses in transactions. Work directly within customer portals in securing sales orders and implementing them into ERP system. Coordination with customers, freight forwarders, and internal shipping teams for order fulfillment. Must be able to work independently and resolve or escalate issues as necessary. Inventory review and analysis with sales forecast for timely replenishment and escalation for global warehouse needs. Customer portal review of inventory and compliance with customer requirements for inventory levels. Adhere to strict regulatory requirements for the industry across US and international trade. Secure necessary certificates for international trade from various government entities. Review and provide compliance documentation obligations with internal departments. Assist and collaborate with Legal department to maintain compliance. Maintain and, as necessary, establish processes and documentation within ERP system as well as department processes Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field 2–5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or business analytics Proficiency with ERP systems Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling) Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset Ability to confidently and assertively express concepts clearly and precisely in written, verbal, and presentation communication with customers and key stakeholders. Exhibit ownership for responsibilities and possess the desire to lead by example. Familiarity with international trade.
