About the role The Sales Operation Team is looking for a team member to support daily operational and coordination activities. This role focuses on supporting process execution, maintaining internal records, assisting with routine operational tasks, and coordinating with different teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. It plays an important part in maintaining process accuracy, consistency, and effective collaboration across teams. This position is well suited for someone who is detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable working in a structured and process-driven environment. Responsibilities Support daily operational processes and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time Assist with access setup and updates, and related maintenance tasks based on procedures Coordinate with relevant teams to collect and confirm required information for ongoing processes Maintain and update internal trackers, records, and internal guidelines Support routine operational tasks, including data preparation, basic checking Provide general coordination and administrative support for ad hoc tasks assigned by the team Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot, filtering, and basic formulas) Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Reliable and consistent in handling day-to-day responsibilities Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to follow up effectively across teams Well-organized and able to manage routine tasks in a structured manner Patient and able to handle repetitive but important operational work carefully Be willing to learn internal processes and support process standardization Comfortable working with documentation and maintaining structured records (e.g. SOPs, process files) Support the team in coordinating and tracking ongoing tasks or small-scale projects, ensuring timely progress and follow-up Assist in organizing task priorities, maintaining progress trackers, and supporting basic project coordination activities Provide support on simple data-related tasks when required (e.g. data preparation, basic analysis support) Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
