We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join the Stingray Advertising Canada team. Based out of Toronto or Montreal, this position reports directly to the Senior Vice-President, Stingray Advertising North America.
As the Sales Operations Specialist, you will work directly with the Canadian retail media sales team to support the generation of advertising revenue across the national Stingray Advertising RMN. You are a sales-support machine, organized like no other, and take pride in completing projects on-time, and with a smile You have the ability to manage projects from ideation to execution, and your passion for music, retail media and sales shines through in everything you do.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma and/or degree, post-grad certification with an emphasis on media, marketing, project management, and sales coordination
• 3+ years of relevant experience that demonstrates a knowledge and understanding of the advertising and media industry
• Exceptional time management skills
• Project management certification a definite asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce and/or other related CRMs
• Organizational agility with strong attention to detail
• Ability to use data, research and insights to justify recommendations
• Bilingual (English and French) an asset
• Thrives under pressure and within tight deadlines

• Autonomous and motivated
