Sales Operations & Pipeline Management

• Maintaining and updating the sales pipeline (creating and updating opportunities)
• Support in creating offers
• Maintenance and standardization of offer templates (quality management)

Contract and offer management

• Review of contracts (e.g. framework agreements)
• Review of tender documents and support in the evaluation
• Coordination of the offer approval process with back office and relevant stakeholders.

Licensing & Partner Management

• Close collaboration with our technology partners (IBM, Microsoft, Tableau, …)
• Calculations, quota collection, support with invoicing and ordering processes
• Support for country-specific licensing processes (e.g. Austria, Switzerland)

Marketing & Campaign Support

• Export and processing of campaign data (events, calendar maintenance)
• Coordination and quality assurance

Sales Controlling & Reporting

• Creation and maintenance of forecasts and sales reports in coordination with management and sales.
• Ensuring data quality in the relevant systems

What makes you stand out

• After your studies or commercial training, you have already gained several years of experience in sales administration.
• Ideally, you have gained experience in the IT industry or have a strong interest in our IT services.
• You impress with your excellent communication skills, your sales affinity, and a service-oriented work ethic.
• Ideally, you have already worked with SAP Sales Cloud or possess comparable CRM expertise.
• A confident command of MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel is the basis for your work.
• Ideally, you are already familiar with our business analytics products from IBM and Microsoft, or you are ready to learn about them as soon as possible.
• You are characterized by a professional, collegial demeanor, as well as excellent communication skills in German and fluent English.
