Description
Works with company-wide cross functional teams to provide timely and accurate forecasts to executive teams on Booking/Shipment/Revenue Develop/maintain close relationship with overseas Sales and Regional Business Operations team to achieve the desired forecast objectives; align with their input as well as provide directions back to the team to achieve company goals on a regular basis Work closely with Sales/Finance/Business Development team to review and monitor commercial deals execution to ensure compliance and uphold company's business objectives Support Sales, BD, and R&D team's effort in new business opportunities, and understand its potential impact to near-term & long-term business forecast Manage configuration, non-standard requests, shipment slotting, and shipment delivery Collaborate with overseas Account team and Order Fulfillment team to understand customer's specifications and configuration needs Coordinate with manufacturing and shipping & logistic teams to ensure on-time delivery Assist Corporate Business Development and Account Teams in preparing & hosting customer meeting to improve business outcome Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 6 years working in technology industry Korean language proficiency preferred Adaptable, flexible, open for new way of doing things Good communication skills, bias to action, results driven Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task, work in a cross-functional environment, lead and influence others for solutions Operations or business background in semiconductor industry Knowledge of CRM/SAP, Microsoft Office Applications
