ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales or operations management related experience.
  • Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint), and comfortable utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning software (NewStar Sales) or similar.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior experience working in new home sales is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Providing day-to-day guidance on operational processes, documentation requirements, and system usage and acting as a go-to resource for sales-related procedural questions.
  • Assisting with training and onboarding of new Sales team members on procedures, documentation standards, and internal tools to support consistent execution.
  • Monitoring performance related to sales operations (e.g., error rates in contracts, turnaround time for paperwork, change order frequency) and using data to identify training opportunities or systemic gaps.
  • Performing quality checks on sales documentation for accuracy of information before handing over to Sales and Inventory Coordinators for processing.
  • Enforcing application of best practices and process improvements to enhance productivity and operational excellence.
  • Managing urgent change orders and verifying current stage of construction process and feasibility with Drafting and Construction Managers.
  • Liaising with Estimating Manager to determine margins/costing and submitting to management for acceptance, counter, condition amendments or cancellation.
  • Acting as an intermediary between Sales and Construction teams to ensure efficient flow of information or to resolve concerns when necessary.
  • Collaborating with CRM and systems teams to streamline workflows, flagging system issues, and supporting enhancements that improve the sales process (e.g., automation, reporting tools, etc.
