JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Operations Support Analyst to provide comprehensive support to business lines within the Business Banking Segment. As an integral member of the Segment Enablement and Productivity Team, this role involves conducting research and analysis as well as supporting the implementation of new or revised banking products or services.
This role will be responsible for supporting business segment bankers through researching and resolving inquiries across various Sales Enablement support functions including the sales validation process and tools such as Document Exchange, Appointment Scheduling, and Seismic.

The Sales Operations Support Analyst will:

  • Provide support to assigned business lines or functional areas within the Business Banking Segment.
  • Conduct research and analysis to assist bankers throughout the sales life cycle. This may include:
  • addressing escalations and collaborating with partners to resolve issues and defects with processes identified through inquiries
  • facilitating communications across the segment
  • managing queue processing
  • Enable effective communication of technical or complex operational functions to bankers in an accessible and actionable manner.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically three to five years of related experience

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Strong understanding of sales, operations, and support functions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and exercise discernment in making judgment calls, as well as interacting with partners to resolve outstanding sales operations issues
  • Working knowledge of performance reporting
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in data analysis including proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP)
  • Help desk support experience with the ability to translate technical or complex operational functions to bankers in an accessible and actionable way
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions
  • Comfortable with technology changes and enthusiastic about championing new ways of working for bankers
Responsibilities

THE ROLE OFFERS A HYBRID/FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, WHICH MEANS THERE’S AN IN-OFFICE EXPECTATION OF 3 OR MORE DAYS PER WEEK AND THE FLEXIBILITY TO WORK OUTSIDE THE OFFICE LOCATION FOR THE OTHER DAYS.
