Your voice matters, your growth is prioritized, and your success is celebrated.    Position Summary:    The Coordinator I – Order Entry & Order Management is an entry-level, cross-trained role responsible for supporting the efficient execution of the Order-to-Cash process by handling standard order entry tasks and moderately complex change order processing. This role ensures order accuracy, timely processing, and strong coordination with internal teams while maintaining compliance with Vertiv policies and data standards.   Through structured training, the Coordinator I develops skills in PO validation, CPQ quote review, milestone billing, issue resolution, and quality checks, enabling them to support both the Order Entry (OE) and Order Management (OM) functions.   Job Responsibilities:    A. Order Entry Responsibilities 1. 1. Processes  all  Channel product orders within the required turnaround time of not exceeding  24hours. 2. Ensures 95% of orders received one (1) hour before the end of shift are touched or reviewed.  3. Validates CPQ quote to ensure accuracy of order versus submitted purchase order to prevent errors and discrepancies.  4. Checks PO according to Vertiv order quality checklist 5. Performs any reporting activity or task assigned by immediate supervisor as needed, or in fulfillment of and in relation to essential functions. 6. Performs milestone billing on Project Orders based on assigned account. 7. Ensures Order-to-Cash processes are completed efficiently 8. Participates in basic quality check audits to ensure compliance with order entry standards. 9. Coordinates with internal teams or customers to resolve complex issues,  order discrepancies, clarifications, as needed.  10.  Reviews and adheres to established Vertiv policies and market memos     Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Operations, or related field); open to fresh graduates. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes. * Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel required). * Experience with ERP/CPQ/CRM systems is a plus but not required; training provided. * Strong communication skills and willingness to learn technical processes. * Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet processing deadlines. * Accuracy & Attention to Detail * Customer Focus & Problem Resolution * Time Management & Prioritization * Operational Discipline * Data Integrity Awareness * Cross-Functional Collaboration * Adaptability & Learning Agility   The successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.    OUR CORE PRINCIPALS: Safety.  Integrity.
