JOB DESCRIPTION

• Industry/ Organization Type: Engineering (Valves & Piping)
• Position Title: Sales Operations
• Working Location: Ubi (near MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + VB
• Duration: Permanent

• Assist the Sales & Business Development Department, focusing on the Building Services business unit to boost sales and enhance company profitability.
• Preparing documents such as quotes, meeting notes, project inventories, and sales reports.
• Identifying sales leads through platforms like LinkedIn, BCI, etc.
• Conduct market research to pinpoint opportunities and trends.
• Coordinating and negotiating to secure the best prices from suppliers for product procurement.
• Ensure timely customer payments and support core business processes as needed.
• Effectively communicate all information gathered or created to your direct supervisor and management.
• Other tasks assigned by the Superior and Management.
