Stellenbeschreibung
You will be part of the regional team of Business Development & Strategy Europe. Our team contributes to drive regional activities towards growth and excellence. This includes ensuring smooth operations with regards to sales activities and internal process governance. You will work closely with sales and key account managers of the region.

Responsibilities
  • Support sales process
  • Support the acquisition of new Avaloq customers or upselling with our existing customers
  • Ensure sales opportunity pipeline is kept up-to-date and sales progress is documented
  • Work closely with sales and key account managers to support sales process
  • Track and follow up on open invoices and outstanding contracts for signature
  • Ensure won opportunities are progressed efficiently to ensure timely delivery can start
  • Support internal process operations
  • Support of budgeting, forecasting and controlling processes
  • Support demand & supply management, including externals demand management
  • Communication and coordination with Legal, Procurement, Finance and Controlling
  • Support contracting and coordination with sub-contractors
    Qualifikationen

Experience: Experience as PMO, sales operations support or similar administrative role in the IT/ financial sector

  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a comparable qualification
  • Sales drive: Sales driven mindset, ability to anticipate client expectations
  • Tools: Secure application of MS Office products, preferably experience with Power BI
  • Mindset: Goal-oriented and independent way of working
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (at least B-2 level).
