Description
We are searching for a Sales & Operations Support Specialist for our partner company, a Germany-based subsidiary of a leading European corrugated packaging and carton manufacturer. With production facilities in Turkey and a growing customer base across Europe, the company is now building its first core team in Germany. This role serves as the operational backbone of our partner company’s German office, providing essential support to sales, logistics, and general office coordination. It combines sales support, operational follow-up, and administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Schedule customer appointments, manage calendars, and support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks. Perform data checks, order verification, and basic cost analyses using the ERP system (NTN). Training will be provided. Coordinate with production and customs partners to track order status, production start dates, and shipment readiness. Manage daily office operations including visitor reception, meeting preparation, and general office organization. Handle travel planning, hotel reservations, and visit logistics for team members. Support import–export processes such as document tracking, coordination with customs brokers, and shipment follow-up. Ensure smooth and accurate communication flow between the German office, headquarters, and factories in Turkey. Profile: Fluent in German and Turkish; English at B1 level is an advantage. Preferably 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, sales support, or import–export. Strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable working with ERP systems and administrative processes. Motivated to be part of a newly established team and adaptable to evolving processes.
