Monitoring of Team performance and ensure that the utilization of the team is being maximize Reporting of the Team monthly accomplishment Setting of annual goals and ensure that the team’s development goal is aligned with the team’s career progression Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks Ensures and promotes the development of the management team/succession planning through coaching, training, and leadership development. Review's analysis of performance including financial and productivity data for area and makes the appropriate changes in strategies, goals, and objectives responding to current status and conditions Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field At least 3 year of experience in Order Management is an advantage Ability to work in a fast-pace environment, under pressure and minimum supervision Able to multi-task effectively, organized, with good prioritization system Good attention to details, high commitment to quality output
