ABOUT YOU

Our business is on a trajectory of growth, we’re looking for someone who is an action orientated individual, self starter to step into this new role and shape it. Experience in a business delivering physical products and services with an element of customisation is preferred.

You will have experience in:

  • Developing and maturing sales operations across a diverse organisation - geography, route-to-market, product / sales processes and existing capabilities
  • Establishing and implementing customer master data structures
  • Designing and implementing sales management standards, governance cadences, KPIs and Dashboards e.g. in PowerBI (can leverage IT team for build)
  • Mapping cross-functional processes, coordinating cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and coordinating with broad teams to implement process improvement including IT for systems and automation.
  • CRM scoping, process design and deployment
  • Analysing and drawing insights from Sales and Seller data to identify best practices, and deploying across complex organisations
  • Developing governance processes for pricing / discount and sales incentive plans
