What You’ll Be Doing: Provide Operational Sales Support: Manage all operational aspects of the sales cycle, including building complex proposals (packages, deliverables, hours, regions) and generating client-facing documents. Manage Internal Processes: Drive and track internal approval processes with various stakeholders, ensuring smooth progress with a high degree of patience. Work with Information Systems: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of and work consistently with Microsoft systems, including advanced Excel skills. Update and manage all sales processes within CRM systems, such as Dynamics 365. Facilitate Coordination & Collaboration: Proactively and continuously engage with both internal and external partners. Assist the team with system-related tasks, ensuring everyone works in a synchronized manner. Maintain Accuracy & Order: Pay meticulous attention to detail and data, and work in an organized fashion even under pressure. Requirements Proven experience in an operational role, preferably within sales. Deep proficiency in Microsoft systems, including excellent Excel skills. Fluent English – a must. Drive Processes: Exhibit the ability to drive and consistently follow up on tasks and processes. An organized mindset with the ability to work with numbers and complex processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills. Proactivity, initiative, and a quick learning ability. Availability for varied working hours
