Description

We are seeking a highly driven and strategically oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our Auto Americas Sales Ops team
This advanced role is central to shaping and scaling our operational excellence & commercial intelligence vision across the Americas region
This individual will play a critical role in shaping how we plan, operate, and grow by leading intelligence initiatives that combine external market dynamics with internal business performance and system evolution
This role is ideal for a high-impact team player, with experience at the intersection of analytics, systems thinking, and strategic influence - someone ready to step into broader and cross-functional ownership.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • A hybrid background blending business/industry knowledge with strong data fluency is ideal.
  • Preference for candidates with an economics/strategic planning foundation who are comfortable interpreting and working with data.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 10+ years of strong experience in market analysis, forecasting, commercial strategy, or business intelligence roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading high-impact analysis, planning cycles, or business intelligence tools.
  • Experience in or exposure to the automotive industry is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with forecasting tools, business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and Excel.

Responsibilities
  • Co-own the monthly sales forecasting process, bringing a critical lens to market and business assumptions.
  • Centralize and synthesize commercial inputs into Demand Consensus, Commitment Forecast, and Strat Plan processes - ensuring consistency, transparency, and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Serve as the connective tissue across systems, platforms, and tools, maintaining a holistic view of the operational analytics infrastructure used across Sales Ops.
  • Drive the strategic integration and evolution of systems, ensuring alignment between today’s tools and tomorrow’s intelligence needs.
  • Anticipate future-state data and analytics requirements, actively shaping how our capabilities scale with business complexity.
  • Monitor automotive industry trends, competitive movements, and regulatory developments; distill their implications for our business.
  • Author and present compelling reports and executive briefings, translating complex data into strategic narratives for senior stakeholders.
  • Correlate internal performance with external dynamics, identifying commercial risks and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate across functions (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Product Management, TEIS) to align intelligence efforts with business priorities and platform roadmaps.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and strategic support to Sales Operations and Commercial Strategy projects.
  • Serve as a change agent, encouraging innovation and future-forward thinking within the team and across partner functions
