This position reports directly to APAC Sales Excellence Director.  In this role, you will impact the optimization of sales processes and methodologies, enhance sales team performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the Aero APAC sales organization   Key Responsibilities: * Business enablement through pipeline development, campaign management, pricing initiatives and execution.  * Work closely with business leadership and the sales teams in the region to understand their pain points and create ideas of streamlined processes with end-to-end design and implementation. The improvement areas include but not limited to: Sales Review MOS, Deal Process, SEA, Leads conversion process. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address sales process gaps and opportunities. * Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. * Regional SIP planning and management. * Tool development to enhance sales effectiveness. * Deliver sales training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team. * Global alignment and best practice sharing mindset.
Responsibilities
The Sales Ops Manager is responsible for driving operational efficiency and optimizing sales processes and methodologies across the Aero APAC organization. Key duties include pipeline development, regional SIP management, and delivering sales training to enhance team performance.
