JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Order Administrator to manage the full order processing cycle from customer order placement to final delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient order fulfilment while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and internal coordination.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

· Proven experience in order administration, sales support, or customer service
· Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal
· Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities
  • Process incoming sales orders via online systems
  • Confirm order details with customers and ensure all required information is accurate
  • Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor order progress and proactively resolve delays or issues
  • Maintain and update order records in ERP/CRM systems
  • Generate order confirmations, invoices, and delivery notes
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide order status updates
  • Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth order handling
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the order cycle
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking order metrics
