We are a family run business in a B2B industry and due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our current sales team to better support our customers and Business Development Managers.
We are looking for a motivated individual to work in a fast paced environment with computer based sales order processing/order inputting experience - however, training will be given on our bespoke computer system.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  • Process high volumes of customer orders
  • Sending order confirmations to all customers
  • Dealing with orders of standard products and non-standard
  • Deal professionally with customers on the phone and via email
  • Dealing with internal departments such a goods in/out & returns
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key customers to develop more business opportunities.
  • Deal with after sales issues, complaints and customer queries
  • Complete goods return notes and credit requests as necessary
  • Undertake routine administrative tasks such as filing, emailing, word-processing, photocopying, printing
