JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an order processing or customer service environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficient in using order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Sage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to delivering high-quality service while ensuring operational excellence.
