Description

Our client seeks a well organised individual with excellent communications and administration skills to take ownership of their customer order management activity. You will be responsible for entering, expediting, tracking, editing and processing orders

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Have a high regard to customer satisfaction, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate.
  • Have good organisational skills and a methodical and process orientated approach to managing the workload
  • Responsible and flexible approach to the monthly cyclical nature of the business.

  • Attention to detail to ensure complex customer orders are processed efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for entering, expediting, tracking, editing and processing orders.
  • Maintain customer files and track order status.
  • Enter customer manual orders to verify prices, quantity, configurations, delivery, shipping etc details are correct.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with customers and internal staff to assist them in ensuring their orders entered match their requirements and expectations, keeping them updated on the progress of their orders.
  • Manage the order book, ensuring it accurately reflects the orders outstanding; provide management with shipping estimates based on all available data.
  • Work with Supply Chain & Production, to ensure the timely shipment of customer’s orders.
  • Maintain accurate records to enable timely reviews/audits of customer orders.
  • Ensure that all orders are raised within the Revenue Recognition process.
