Working within the Customer Service department, you would be responsible for taking orders mainly from email, processing the details, answering calls about deliveries, prices etc. Full training will be provided.

This role would be suitable for someone who would like an opportunity to gain more experience within customer services in a office environment.
Hours of work: Monday – Thursday 12pm - 5pm Friday 11.30 - 3.30pm
Hourly rate of pay £12.50 per hour.

Order capture via: Email, Online and Telephone.
Liaise with customers to arrange collection times
Dealing with queries for customers deliveries and outstanding
Willingness to learn and adapt to potential role changes
Confident with Microsoft Office particularly Outlook, Excel & Word
Performs job duties on various shifts in response to customer needs.
General Office duties as required, printing invoices, filing etc
