POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a personable, energetic, and incredibly detail oriented individual. As the Sales + Order Processing Coordinator, you’ll be pivotal in providing vital support to our sales team and customers, facilitating activities that drive business growth and enhance revenue. You will also directly work with Chief Creative Officer and Founder in helping process the administrative documentation of projects he is working on within the CRM and Project Management system. We seek a highly organized, collaborative individual with a proven track record of navigating across departments to swiftly address internal requests and external inquiries while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with a passion to work in a creative, niche industry to support several teams including marketing, production, and account management.
