Are you an experience Sales Order Processor, highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to step into a key role in a fast-paced, internal sales environment?
Altro are looking for a Sales Order Processor to join our Internal Sales Team based in our Customer Care Centre in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire. These are both full time, permanent roles, and after your initial training period, have the benefit of hybrid working (3 days a week onsite in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire).
As a Sales Order Processor at Altro, your main responsibility will be to oversee the ordering process for our Flooring and accessories products from start to finish.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling their enquiries and ensuring all sales orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner. Attention to detail is key, as you’ll need to accurately record customer requirements, manage complex export orders, and liaise with various teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
