House of Flags Ltd is a well established, market leading supplier or large format digital print, flagpoles and visually effective display solutions. The company offers its customers a complete solution from design, manufacture, through to installation.
We are looking to recruit a Full Time Office based Sales Order Processor / Sale Administrator to join our small busy team.

Responsibilities
  • Efficiently processing orders and contract accounts (via CRM and web to print) including cash sales and pro-forma invoices.
  • For speaking directly to customers, in relation to enquiries, queries and delivery follow ups.
  • Providing telephone cover for any Account Managers during periods of holiday and sickness, ensuring that customers are dealt with in a professional manner.
  • For providing reception services to clients visiting the premises
  • For the scheduling of work orders through our production facilities, to ensure that we fulfil our customers deadline.
  • Assisting purchasing with the raising of purchase orders
  • For dealing/assisting with the quality administration paperwork
