EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS MICROS OR 1ST DEGREE IS ESSENTIAL

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the smooth operation of our order fulfilment process. The Order Processor will work closely with various departments, including sales, inventory, and shipping, to ensure that all orders are fulfilled correctly.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in UPVC order processing or a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with customers and team members.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new processes.
