About the Role
We are looking for a driven and persuasive Outbound Sales Cold Caller to join our dynamic team. You will be the first point of contact for property management companies and condo board presidents, introducing them to our cutting-edge heat pump solutions. Your mission: book qualified appointments for our VP of Capital Projects to close deals and drive energy-efficient upgrades in residential buildings.
This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to senior leadership and significant career growth potential in a rapidly expanding industry.

Incentive: If ten appointments are booked in a week, the salary will be increased to $25/hour for that week.
