Kendon Rope & Twine is offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join the business as a Sales Outreach Data Apprentice. The business is a long-established importer and distributor of hardware, based in West Yorkshire. With the support of Kendon Packaging PLC, they offer a stable and supportive workplace with a practical, team orientated culture.
In this role, the apprentice will work with data from systems such as ERP, CRM, and sales reports—using Excel and other tools to clean, organise, and interpret information. They will produce reports, spot trends, and support decision-making to improve business performance. The role also includes engaging with clients by phone, processing orders, and responding to enquiries.
In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Data and Business Insights qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

DESIRED QUALITIES, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Comfortable speaking on the phone with clients.
