Description

Position Summary
Lead Consumer Electronics Group Home Appliances Sales Department to ensure stronger focus on the sales of Samsung Home Appliances products. Execute strategic sales and product directions. Lead, manage and coach the members of the Home Appliances Sales team.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Sales and Profit Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and profit targets through strategic planning and execution. Analyse market trends and performance data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Marketing Strategy: Support and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage customers, and drive sales. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful campaign launches.
  • Product Planning: Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and improvements.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and increase revenue. Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and optimize overall business performance.

Skills and Qualifications

  • College or university degree in business, economics or commerce, marketing specialization is an advantage
  • Several years of work experience in electronics market
  • Fluent Hungarian and English skills both written and verbal is a must
  • MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Structured and focused strategic communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical ability, strategic and pro-active attitude
