Location: Remote (UK-based preferred, London meetups a plus)

The Opportunity
Dolphin Analytics (dolphinanalytics.co.uk) is seeking an experienced independent sales contractor to partner with us in driving growth. We’re a boutique analytics consultancy that helps digital agencies stop losing clients and turn one-off projects into retained revenue by solving their data headaches.

THIS IS A SELF-EMPLOYED CONTRACTOR POSITION, IDEAL FOR:

  • Sales consultants running their own business
  • Freelance business development professionals
  • Those with existing sales consultancy setups
  • Professionals seeking additional revenue streams alongside other clients

We need: YOU - someone who can build relationships and close deals.

What You’ll Do

  • Build genuine relationships with digital agencies (10-300 employees)
  • Conduct personalized outreach (no blanket automation - quality over quantity)
  • Close warm leads from day one
  • Book and run discovery calls (founder & data support available when needed)
  • Build a sustainable pipeline of opportunities
  • Eventually help shape our growth strategy as a potential co-founder

Success Metrics
First 30 days: 2+ meetings/week, 1 closed deal
First 90 days: Strong pipeline with multiple meetings weekly, consistent revenue generation
What We’re Looking For

NICE-TO-HAVES:

  • Experience at an agency yourself
  • Ability to create marketing materials
  • Existing agency network
  • London-based for occasional meetups
  • Experience selling outside UK from the UK

The Compensation

  • Self-employed contractor basis (you’ll need to invoice us)
  • 25% commission on ALL revenue you generate
  • Example: Close one £20,000 project = £5,000 earned
  • Recurring revenue from retainers builds your monthly income
  • After 3 months: Review for potential hybrid arrangement
  • After 1 year: Discussion about employment and equity opportunities
