WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related technical/medical field.

- Experience in operating room settings or working with hospital stakeholders is advantageous.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sales Partner, you will work with reseller partners such as dealers, systems integrators, and distributors to drive the success of our market-leading healthcare products in the Endoscopy market. You’ll focus on growing revenues, building relationships, and ensuring our partners have the tools and knowledge they need to excel. With hands-on training and support, you’ll develop the skills to thrive in this rewarding role.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain market share and customer satisfaction within your assigned territory.
- Create new sales opportunities and build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Support marketing and educational events such as workshops, training sessions, and product demonstrations.
- Provide expert consultation and care for physicians, theatre staff, and hospital administrators.
- Organize and coordinate logistics for product distribution, including conditionals, deposits, and kits.
- Regularly report market insights and sales progress to the Regional Sales Manager.
ABOUT THE ROLE DETAILS
- Territory: Emilia Romagna and Tuscany.
- Base Location: Bologna (preferred) or other cities in the region.
- Travel: Up to 70%, with a significant presence in operating rooms.
