JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Patient Lead Coordinator to join our growing dental team. This role is all about building relationships, converting enquiries into consultations, and following up with potential patients to help them start their treatment journey

.Key Responsibilities

  • Contact new leads promptly via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Re-engage with older leads to keep them warm and interested.
  • Speak confidently with patients about treatments such as Invisalign, dental implants, and smile makeovers (training provided).
  • Follow up with patients who have attended consultations but not yet started treatment.
  • Manage lead pipelines, track conversions, and update CRM systems.
  • Work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to ensure timely follow-up and maximum conversion.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and sales skills – confident and persuasive on the phone.
  • Experience in telesales, customer service, or a treatment coordinator role is an advantage.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple leads effectively.
  • Resilient and target-driven, with a positive, patient-focused approach. * Willing to work evenings and weekends as required.
