Company Description - Job Description Oversee the daily performance of Sales Performance Officers and ensure all operations run according to company rules and targets. Provide guidance and training to team members to improve their communication skills and customer interaction. Lead and coordinate all team activities to ensure solid teamwork and effective collaboration in achieving shared goals. Handle more complex issues or customer complaints that cannot be resolved by the team, and escalate them when necessary. Prepare and submit reports on team performance to the supervisor. Qualifications Minimum education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in a similar or related role. Strong communication skills. Good leadership abilities. Familiar with spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel.
