We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Performance Analyst to join our team. JOB REQUIREMENTS: KNOWLEDGE, LEARNED DISCIPLINES, EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Commercial skills
  • Ideally pricing knowledge (published-private environments/rules/fares construction)
  • Market knowledge as well as commercial experience
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to analyze and process large amounts of data, determining where patterns and trends exist, and give in depth insight into the commercial performance
  • Technical proficiency / proven track record to quickly build in: Excel, MS Office
  • Some Business Travel Required
Responsibilities

JOB ROLE:

The Sales Performance Analyst is responsible for:

  • Monitoring the evolution of the market competition pricing practices and the Joint Venture fare positioning across channels
  • Producing in depth analysis to identify opportunities and propose solution and pricing or inventory adjustments to optimize the Joint Venture performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Monitors the Joint Venture (JV) competitiveness and the evolution of competition’s pricing practices and coordinates them with the specificities of the US markets:
  • Monitors negotiated and published fares through various sources with the aim to ensure at all times the good positioning of the Joint Venture in the market to all destinations operated by Air France/KLM/Delta
  1. Analyze weekly routes performance and transatlantic market trends, this analysis:
  • Includes booking trends, inventory availability, pricing positioning
  • Uses different internal tooling to monitor industry trends, capacity as well as market share and revenue performance
  • Prepare, present, coordinate route performance meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  1. Producing in depth analysis to identify opportunities and propose solution and pricing or inventory adjustments to optimize the JV performance.
  • Proposes actions based on set analysis and available reporting to relevant stakeholders such as Commercial Management and Pricing and Revenue Management teams from the Joint Venture
  • Effectively prepare, present and defend action proposals
