Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control sales performance across our markets, with a focus on Germany, Austria and CEE.
  • Organise and lead regular update meetings to present and discuss reports and performance reviews with key stakeholders.
  • Enhance and contribute to our sales forecasting processes in the CRM, including reporting and forecast tracking.
  • Conduct detailed business reviews and deep-dive analyses of sales performance.
  • Contribute to the future global sales performance management and support in business case development for strategic initiatives and product launches
