Responsibilities

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

We are seeking a driven and innovative Sales Performance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in providing data-driven insights to support business growth and revenue generation.
You will be responsible for analysing sales data and trends, creating reports to communicate findings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities. You will have the opportunity to work with an experienced sales team, product specialists, and collaborate with cross-divisional teams as required.
The role reports into the Chief Revenue Officer of Incisive Media.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyse Salesforce and other data, highlighting trends to provide actionable insights to the sales team and business leaders.
  • Create regular reporting, including daily and weekly sales reports, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Work with the Chief Revenue Officer and sales team to develop and implement sales strategies. This will include using automated workflow tools within Salesforce.
  • Work with the sales team, and other business functions such as Marketing, to ensure that the sales database is updated and maintained
  • Support the sales team to ensure that customer orders are accurately and efficiently processed in Salesforce. Act as key contact regarding any order processing queries.
  • Support the Managing Director and Chief Revenue Officer of Incisive Media with ad-hoc duties, including reporting from Salesforce.
