Description

About Us
We’re not your average sales team—and this isn’t your average supervisor role. At Reynolds & Reynolds, we’re building a sales force of energetic go-getters, and we’re looking for a Sales Performance Coach who’s ready to lead the charge.
If you’re part coach, part cheerleader, and 100% committed to helping new talent grow into sales superstars, keep reading.
What You’ll Do
As our Sales Performance Coach, you’ll be the ultimate guide on our trainees’ journey from rookie to rockstar. You’ll:
- Mentor and motivate a squad of fresh sales trainees to meet (and crush) their training goals.
- Lead by example—demonstrating top-tier sales techniques, strategies, and professional engagement skills.
- Track performance with a sharp eye and provide timely feedback that’s clear, constructive, and confidence-building.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to assess territory needs, helping place trainees into roles that play to their core selling strengths.
- Create a culture of accountability and celebration—because hitting targets should feel awesome and missing them isn’t an option.
- Spot potential early and help groom future salespeople from within your trainee ranks.
Who You Are
You’re not just a supervisor- you’re a coach, mentor, motivator, and resource. You love people and love seeing them succeed.
Bonus Points If You…
- Have experience developing sales training content.
- Can recite motivational quotes on demand.
- Have a passion for the complex world of retail automotive.
- Once turned a reluctant trainee into a top performer (and still tell the story at parties).
Ready to lead the next generation of sales talent and have a blast doing it?
Apply now and let’s build greatness together—one trainee at a time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or customer support, with at least 1 year in a mentorship or training role
  • A knack for communication—you can hype someone up and give them tough love when needed
  • An infectious attitude that turns challenges into opportunities
  • A brain for metrics but a heart for people
  • A willingness to hit the road when needed- less than 10% of the month
