Company Description - Job Description Monitoring the sales performance of the sales team Monitoring and reviewing store targets Proposing & reviewing sales team rewards and punishments (incentives and consequence management) Analyze and submit manpower headcount for the number of sales teams needed from promoter level to regional level Monitor the sales team recruitment process and act as a bridge to third parties if there are obstacles in the sales team recruitment process. Qualifications Bachelor or Diploma Degree At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in a financial company (sales support) Required Skill(s): Expert in MS Excel and MS Power Point Can work independently and in a team Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent
