Description
  • Identify and prospect potential clients, both individuals and organizations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with leads and guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Deliver persuasive and informative presentations about Perqara’s legal tech services.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing.
  • Conduct consistent follow-ups to convert leads and ensure client retention.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with user needs and market trends.
  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales.
  • Experience in the legal industry or tech startups is a strong plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Organized and disciplined in following up leads and managing pipelines.
  • Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Proactive, resilient, adaptable, and a strong team player.
