Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to support and expand our customer base throughout Pennsauken, NJ, PA and Delaware markets. This role is responsible for managing existing accounts while actively developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong sales instincts, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service within the automotive refinishing and industrial coatings industry. Requirements Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing product support and identifying growth opportunities. Prospect, qualify, and secure new customers within the assigned territory. Promote and sell a full portfolio of coatings, paint, tools, and related equipment. Collaborate with Technical Representatives and internal teams to ensure exceptional customer support. Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance expectations. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for expansion. Attend trade shows, vendor training sessions, and company meetings as needed. Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and activity reports in a timely manner. Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience preferred; coatings, automotive, or industrial supply experience is a plus. Familiarity with automotive refinish products and processes is highly beneficial. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to achieving results. Strong customer service mindset and professionalism.
