Description

Do you have connections at warehouses that use pallet wrap and want to earn a high rate as a part time or casual salesperson?
Bearhug sell and lease reusable pallet wraps to some of Australia’s largest companies and are hiring a sales person on a part-time or casual contract, to work 2-3 days per week.
The role will include:

Cold Calling (50% of role)

  • Cold calling sustainability managers that have a high chance of having a use for the Bearhug product (1/3 of sustainability managers we call request more information, so you are not actively selling, just collecting leads)

Door to Door Sales (50% of role)

  • Walking into warehouses that have been identified by the Bearhug team as highly likely customers and requesting to speak with a warehouse or operations manager
  • Explaining the Bearhug product and service model and when suitable, providing a demonstration of how to apply the Bearhug product to a pallet
  • Capturing important information from successful demo’s and informing the Bearhug operations team of the lead and next steps

We understand sales is hard is hard, so if you perform well we will give you paid afternoons off and you will receive 5% commission on sales you close.
We have high standards for a sales person, as applicants with previous experience in logistics, sustainability or warehousing will be favoured. Your own vehicle to drive to different warehouses will be required and we will cover your petrol.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal, Temp to perm
Pay: $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 22.5 per week
