North American Powertrain Components is looking to fill a key role of Inside Sales within our organization. The successful candidate will be accountable for achieving predetermined customer service levels and sales targets. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: · Promote NAPC & NADP products and services through identifying customer needs · Seek out opportunities for additional sales with new and existing customers · Generate revenue by achieving monthly sales targets · Provide professional and knowledgeable service while delivering an exceptional customer experience · Establish strong customer relations with both internal and external customers · Work as a team to ensure departmental and individual goals are met on a daily basis · Booking appointments, confirming appointments and follow up calls · Represent NAPC & NADP in a positive and professional manner · Various other duties as required Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications: · Knowledge of Powertrain Components and Driveline an asset. · Minimum 2 years of automotive related knowledge. · Strong selling skills with a demonstrated ability to close the sale · Comfort level with assessing customer needs and offering NAPC & NADP products and services over the phone · Computer and typing skills · Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills · Professional business manner · Ability to work both independently & in Co-op with the desire to go above and beyond while contributing to your team's overall success · Excellent organizational & multi-tasking skills while being adaptable to changing priorities and challenging situations If you value a workplace that promotes accountability, exemplifies loyalty, never compromises integrity and has a strong social conscience then start your career with us by applying now We thank all interested applicants; however, only qualified candidates will be contacted.
