We’re looking for a motivated Commission-Only Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with incoming leads from CarGurus, AutoTrader, and other platforms
• Answer customer calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally
• Build strong relationships with potential buyers through consistent follow-ups
• Post new vehicle listings on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Marketplace, etc.)
• Create engaging content to showcase our inventory and promotions
• Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget
• Close deals and deliver a smooth sales process

Commission Plan

• Car sold for $5,200 → 4% = $208
• Car sold for $12,000 → 4% = $480
• Car sold for $20,000 → 4% = $800, but commission is capped at $500
• Car sold for $9,000 → 4% = $360

Bonus: $500 monthly bonus for hitting 10+ sales
