As we continue our rapid expansion, we’re looking for a Sales Account Executive who is a true hunter — someone who wakes up hungry to chase new business and thrives on closing deals. This is an in-person role based in Utah, and we’re looking for local candidates only. What You’ll Do: Hunt and close: Drive revenue by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on outbound activity Use your product knowledge and competitive edge to cold call, email, network, and get in front of the right decision-makers Consistently fill your pipeline with qualified leads using creative tactics and persistence Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Build strong relationships with new clients and hand off to the internal team for execution Be a visible and vocal driver of growth — bring ideas, energy, and hustle every day You Are: Obsessed with results — driven by quotas, goals, and crushing your numbers A cold-calling machine who doesn’t wait for leads to come in High energy, tenacious, and not afraid of rejection A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Great at asking the right questions and uncovering client pain points Able to handle objections and close deals with confidence What We Offer: Generous PTO Health and Dental Insurance with HSA 401k with a match up to 4% Flexible work environment Ability to use a Bean Trailer at 6 months of continued work history Paid Holidays Requirements 2–5 years of B2B outbound sales experience (manufacturing or related industry a plus) Proven ability to prospect, generate, and close new business Excellent communication and persuasion skills Willingness to travel as needed Strong time management and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if you have hustle and results to back it up
