In this role, you will play a vital part in developing media plans that maximize revenue potential while enhancing the company's footprint within the industry. You will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and deal negotiations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to tackle challenges proactively. Your efforts will significantly contribute to the company's success in achieving its advertising goals and maintaining strong client relationships. \n Accountabilities Create linear and digital media plans based on pricing and planning direction. Assist in pricing negotiations and maximize revenue potential. Track individual deal delivery and execute solutions for liabilities or over-deliveries. Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns from pitch to activation. Assist in ad hoc projects and analyses for Revenue Sales teams. Coordinate with Ad Ops regarding the timing and execution of on-air elements. Resolve billing issues and discrepancies with sales and clients. Mentor and help develop Sales Assistants. Requirements Bachelor's degree. 2-3 years of relevant work experience. 1.5+ years of media experience required. Well-organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks. Effective communicator with internal and external counterparts. Knowledge of media math (CPM, reweights, rating calculations). Experience with sales planning and C-post systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Digital experience preferred but not required. Benefits Base compensation of $54,000 to $60,000 based on experience.
