WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Sales Planning experience (approx. 3 years), FMCG as a plus
  • Proficient in German and English– oral and written
  • Communication and strong analytical as well as communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (e.g. Excel, Power Point)
  • Background in forecasting and demand planning either from sales or demand planning perspective
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Detail oriented, extremely accurate
  • Understanding of commercial planning basics

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Your tasks will be Managing the Sales Planning Process of Switzerland and Austria in the area of a key account manager planning responsibility, hence, constantly analyzing and updating the sales forecast in order to improve the sales forecast accuracy and safeguard the optimal availability of goods.

  • Short/Medium Term-Perspective – Sales Planning: To ensure always the right baseline and activity forecast planning in order to optimize the Sales Forecast Accuracy and improve the service level to our customers
  • Long-Term-Perspective (S&OP-Planning): To ensure the availability of production capacities, raw- and packaging materials

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for coordination and maintenance of KAM Sales planning processes according to the business strategy and marketing plan – standard business, promotions, seasonal business
  • Sales Coordinator of planning processes with cross functional interaction between demand planning and sales department
  • Responsible for timely and effectively organized activities in cooperation with Demand Planning and Marketing departments
  • Ad hoc analysis for Country Manager & Sales Director
