SALES PLANNING ANALYST

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Financial Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Foodservice team. This individual will play a key role in driving financial accuracy, improving processes, and supporting leadership in achieving strategic and operational objectives. As a Financial Operations Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to strengthen decision-making, enhance performance, and ensure disciplined execution across the Foodservice BTG and WD route-to-market channels.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • 2–5 years of financial analysis, business planning, or operational finance experience (CPG or Foodservice preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Advanced Excel skills (modeling, PowerPivot, VBA); experience with BI and visualization tools (Power Point, Power BI, MicroStrategy).
  • SAP experience strongly preferred; familiarity with APO, BW, BOBJ, and Margin Minder a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to translate financial insights into business actions.
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
