Purpose of role: The Sales Planning Executive is responsible for the full scope of Blackmores’s commercial interaction with the customer, ranging from being a part of the development of account strategy per customer to the management of price and promotional activities. The role requires close cross functional interaction with trade marketing, planning, marketing, logistics, and finance Responsibilities include: Sales Objectives Support Key Accounts & Sales Operations: Assist Country Manager and sales team with customer proposals, channel terms, and pricing analysis aligned with budget plans. ERP & Data Management: Maintain and update vendor/customer records, process invoices, and ensure accurate macro loads for COGS and sales orders in Oracle ERP. Finance & Reconciliation Tasks: Match bank receipts to AR balances, reconcile VAT reports between NTS and ERP, and support monthly sales closing activities. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure completeness of internal vendor setup with required documents and align tax reporting across systems. Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with accounts, partners, and internal departments to streamline processes and support ad-hoc finance and sales assignments General Affairs Office Maintenance: Manage upkeep of office facilities, furniture, and security systems. Administrative Documentation: Handle filing and organization of company contracts and key documents. Event & Activity Coordination: Plan and arrange internal company events such as workshops and teambuilding. Procurement & Month-End Tasks: Purchase office equipment/services and support related month-end closing activities. Operational Support: Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations through cross-functional coordination Customer Service Product Consultation: Provide consumers with accurate information and guidance on products. Claims Management: Respond to consumer claims and ensure timely follow-up. Feedback Documentation: Record key consumer responses and compile reports for internal use. Online Monitoring: Check and track consumer claims submitted through online platforms. Customer Experience Support: Maintain a professional and responsive approach to enhance consumer satisfaction Who are you? A minimum of bachelor’s degree and sales experience within FMCG Expertise and record of success in the sales function, including minimum 3 to 8 years’ experience in sales category Knowledge of the overall sales channel environment Independent, confident and results driven with strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills and strong financial acumen.
