Meet the Team
You will be joining the Sales Planning COE; we are a team that works cross functionally with a focus on the planning, development, and support of our Sales Planning processes. We support worldwide Sales by enabling our Go to Market strategies.
Your Impact

You will make an impact on the team by helping us support, simplify, and transform our Sales Planning processes. We are building exciting capabilities in our Planning tools, and to get to end state, we need to simplify and enhance our current capabilities.

  • Simplify our SHARE Sales Hierarchy
  • Clean up SAVM and ensure it is setup to support our new Sales Process
  • Enable capabilities in Anaplan
  • Support our Geo stakeholders during planning & execution
  • Build durable processes that will scale to all our customer archetypes

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years working in relation to Sales Planning/ Operations / IT
  • Expert level Sales data system knowledge (SHARE / SAVM)
  • Experience managing and owning business systems that support Sales Operations
  • Cloud based Planning Tool knowledge (Anaplan, Pigment, etc)
  • Data analytics experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Process documentation & simplification experience
  • Strong speaking and presentation skills
  • Experience working cross functionally with Sales Operations / IT teams
