Your role at Clorox:
As a Senior Sales Planning Analyst you will have the opportunity to analyze, collect and report sales data, develop category plans and handles trade fund tracking for the Vitamins, Minerals, and Supplements (VMS) Category Sales Planning team.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide analysis and reporting for VMS Sales Planning Team including standard weekly reports and ad hoc business analysis to identify business drivers and opportunities. Communicate findings with wide variety of partners including sales planning teams, marketing, and BU leadership.
  • Support the team and partner cross-functionally for assortment management, business plan development, and supply allocations.
  • Assist Category Planning Team Lead with trade fund requests and management of trade budgets.
  • Partner with teammates within and across functions as Customer Sales Planning, Inventory Planning, Marketing, and Demand Planning to drive business priorities.

What we look for:

Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience analyzing data for sales teams.
  • Previous experience on a CPG or manufacturing company
  • Proficient on IRI, Nielsen, SPINS and Stackline
  • Solid understanding of MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Prefer experience with Microsoft analytics platforms like Power BI
  • Experience with trade funds
  • Familiarity with ecommerce analytics/amazon is a plus

  • Interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Analytical thinking

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

–Zone A: $86,600 - $161,900
–Zone B: $79,400 - $148,400
–Zone C: $72,100 - $134,900
