The sales porter is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and/or lot and assisting the sales team in various tasks. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Performs timely inspections ensuring all vehicles are locked and properly secured. Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
